We had an amazing time at this eco-resort. The staff was outstanding - friendly and helpful with customized meals and tour arrangements. The location by the Laguna Guerrero was stunning and perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed seeing a manatee during our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent with all desired comforts.

This secluded eco-resort is situated at the edge of a Laguna, providing guests with plenty of opportunities for kayaking and swimming in clear waters. the bungalows are comfortable and rustic, with spacious showers, AC and comfortable beds, surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife. the restaurant is outstanding, with delicious cuisine options and attentive service. guests can enjoy biking, massages and lounging in the beautiful pool area.
The location of the hotel may be considered remote by some, which could pose an issue for those who prefer being close to the city, stores, and restaurants.

The staff was friendly and provided great service. The cabins were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and hammocks inside. We enjoyed the free activities offered, such as swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding on the lagoon. The restaurant had great food offerings with reasonable prices.
The road leading to the hotel was in poor condition, with several potholes and a mile of dirt road. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel without clear signs to guide the way.

Awesome location and delicious food. the free kayaks and bikes were a great way to explore the surroundings. We also liked the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly and offered great views from the benches and the pool area. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
The road to the hotel had a lot of bumps which made it hard to travel, especially with luggage. some guests played loud music which made it difficult to relax.
